Garterized pencil skirts are just so easy to wear for rush hours slash not in the mood to get dressed :) They're not just good for office ensembles with stilettos but for casuals too. Plus with the hot weather we're currently experiencing here, it's a yay alternative for short shorts. These flats are so softy comfy to wear.
