EVERYTHING FOR THE JEANS LOVER

SM City San Lazaro celebrated Jeans Festival yesterday composed of fashion bloggers and random fashionista shoppers. The event was all about denim and they had Fashion stylist and blogger Alexandra Lapa to give the audience tips on how to wear denim for different body types.

They had picked random jeans shoppers during the event and Ms. Alex throw off denim makeover into their outfits. How lucky they are! Aren't they? The clothes chosen were from Mossimo and Folded and Hung.

And here they are with their edgy denim ensembles. Now, who wouldn't love denim when you look at these outfits? :)

But wait, there's more. They were styled twice and the second outfits were cool too! You'll see them in a bit. In the meantime, while the random shoppers are dressing up, time for denim consultation first and of course Ms. Alex will be the one to answer the questions thrown. They called us to come up on stage when our questions were drawn.

Here's Grace of Grace the Scribbling Mannequin, the first one to called up.

And then yours truly, asking "What type of jeans should I wear if I'm too slim?" Straight cut is the solution and structured ones are plus points. Seems that my pants I wore here was A+.  I agree 'cause yes I'm not really a fan of supper skinny ones.

Now, time to lay our eyes on the next styled outfits. These are the laid-back ones.

I just need to capture another shot for this, reaaaaaally love this denim dress!

After the styling session, they'd introduce this band called Save Me Hollywood. It's my very first time to hear about them and they're so good, the vocalist is so good! She really has a sexy rock voice! Envy haha! Loving her denim jumpsuit too. One of their songs is High, which is already in MYX Chart.
